my son is a...

cole had his yearly check up and at 4 years old he is weighing in at 44 lbs. that's the 95 percentile. but don't worry he is in the 95 percentile for height too...so he is proportional.

he is our huge boy who watches daddy's every move, and then tries to be just like him...so his size may come in handy someday if he likes everything dad does.

but for now he loves swimming, riding his new bike (when it's not 110 degees outside), playing with friends, and being a hilarious boy.


he continues to be a compassionate little man who hates dissapointing us, and likes to make others happy. he is adorable with his sister and incredibly protective of her.

he makes us laugh with everything he comes up with, and is such a good boy.

we are just grateful he is ours.

celebrity look-a-likes

my mom curled ali's hair while she was in town.

and it turned out adorable. eventually.

but this is what it looked like when the curlers first came out.


we all thought the same thing. george washington. see the resemblance?




and it got me thinking. who are our celebrity look-a-likes?

ali's was easy, we get told quite a bit that she looks like

cindy lou hoo.

especially when she makes faces like this.

and bats those big beautiful eyes.

or looks hurt and in turn gets exactly what she wants from daddy.

justin gets told all the time that he looks like this guy...you know the guy who is the voice of kronk on emperors new groove.

he has also gotten gaston a few times.

me? well, once I did one of those celebrity look alike sites where you upload your picture and it generates which celeb you most resemble. It came back with fred savage. ya, the wonder years kid. justin and I died laughing. and it's a good thing that he was there to assure me I did not look like good 'ole pre-pubescent kevin or it might have been a major hit to my self image.

I have probably been told the most that I look like hayley mills (the original parent trap girl.)

but cole? he is a mystery. we have never been told who he looks like celebrity wise.

any ideas?
